Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to join our team, responsible for assisting in all phases of aircraft painting while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply sealer, mask aircraft, and prepare surfaces for stripping, priming, and painting
  • Clean and sand surfaces, apply etch and anti-corrosion coating, and rinse
  • Apply paint to aircraft interior and exterior surfaces, polish, and detail exterior paint
  • Fabricate stencils, mix paints, and apply stripes and insignias
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in auto or aircraft painting preferred
Skills:
  • Willingness to work on a team and mentor junior technicians
  • Ability to communicate well and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent workmanship aptitude and desire to initiate improvements
