Location: Coventry
Hours: Mon – Thurs (07:00 – 15:30) Fri (07:00 – 12:30).

The Role
Protective coating application – not cosmetic or Bodyshop spraying
We are on the hunt for a Sprayer for Protective Coatings to join our manufacturing team, applying antioxidant and protective coatings to engineered aerospace components.
This role is suited to candidates with industrial or protective spraying experience who are comfortable working to defined processes, specifications, and safety standards.
Your focus will be on applying functional coatings that protect components and ensure long-term performance. Quality, consistency, and process control are critical.
You’ll work as part of a team to ensure parts are processed efficiently, safely, and in line with production requirements.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
Applying protective anti-oxidant coatings using spray and brush methods
Working to established paint specifications and work instructions
Operating curing systems, including air curing and curing ovens
Preparing, spaning, and identifying components correctly
Carrying out visual inspections to confirm coating integrity
Performing basic first-line maintenance and maintaining clean equipment
Working within extraction-controlled areas using appropriate PPE
Qualifications
Skills required:
Experience in protective, industrial, or manufacturing spraying
Comfortable working to strict procedures and specifications
Experience using spray equipment in a controlled environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good housekeeping and safety awareness
Team-focused approach with a reliable work ethic
