More about the role:As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the full onboarding journey; from initial engagement through configuration, implementation and early adoption. You’ll work closely with business development, engineering, product and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from interest to go‑live.You’ll deliver engaging product demonstrations, translate complex requirements into clear configuration steps, and act as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding and hypercare.This role blends technical understanding, communication skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead customers through onboarding, configuration and early adoption of the myairops product suite.
  • Deliver clear, credible and engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor throughout onboarding and hypercare.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable configuration, solution opportunities and implementation steps.
  • Collaborate with business development, product, engineering and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Support customers in understanding system behaviour, workflows and best‑practice usage.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise configuration and improve customer outcomes.
  • Document configuration decisions and solution approaches to support long‑term customer success.
  • Represent the Solutions function within the wider team and act as a point of contact for onboarding‑related queries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools and documentation.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:Essential:
  • Strong understanding of software product functionality and how UI behaviour maps to backend processes.
  • Confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations in a clear, credible and engaging way.
  • Ability to apply system configuration principles using industry knowledge, product expertise and customer requirements.
  • Significant customer management experience, including interpreting complex requirements and identifying solution opportunities.
  • Experience working with integrations or implementations of cloud‑based systems.
Advantageous:
  • Experience with complex software platforms requiring tailored client solutions.
  • Familiarity with Jira, VSTS or similar tools.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals.
