How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta’s Tech Ops division is seeking a Production Control Auditor to join the team in Minneapolis. The Production Control Auditor is responsible for overseeing functions to include payroll, scheduling, and benefits coordination. The position prepares, maintains, and compiles various statistical and payroll records. Successful candidates will serve all employees confidentially, respectfully, and professionally.Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):Performs moderately complex computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare information for computer input and adjust computer output.Maintains employee records on the companys human resources information system (HRIS).May be required to compute wages, vacations, terminations, and special payroll needs utilizing the computer system.Performs personnel functions such as verifying and recording payroll; assisting in performing employee evaluations.Required to develop Subject Matter Expert knowledge of all matters related to payroll processing/scheduling and/or defined employee support area of focus.Complete work schedules and maintain employee databases to manage and process shift bids.Supports station MPS, time collection, and other payroll activities.Assists with MPS entry, vacation bids, preparing employee rosters, schedule adjustments, and other payroll and time/attendance functions.Routinely processes exception items and those requiring special handling.Responds to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and other adjustments.Utilizes spreadsheets for roster and bid creation, overtime tracking, and ad-hoc reporting.Accurately answers questions and reporting requests for both frontline employees and the leadership team.
