Location: Tucson, AZ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $21.00/hour

This site is a certified Center of Excellence specializing in cabin pressure control systems, electronic engine controls, sensors, and electric power systems used in both commercial and military aviation.
As a Mechanical Operator – Cabin Pressure, you’ll help bring cutting-edge technology to life by assembling and testing vital systems that ensure aircraft safety and comfort at cruising altitude.
What You’ll DoAs a key member of the production team, you will:
Assemble mechanical components such as valves, regulators, ducts, and pressure control systems using precision tools and techniques.
Operate both manual and automated equipment including hand soldering and testing stations.
Inspect and repair mechanical assemblies to meet rigorous aerospace standards.
Support line setups, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot issues during production.
Collaborate with engineers, quality teams, and other operators to ensure flawless execution of production goals.
What You Bring to the TableRequired:
High school diploma (or equivalent) with additional post-secondary coursework or training.
4–5 years of relevant experience in a mechanical or electronics manufacturing environment.
Certifications as required by site operations (SMT, soldering, etc.).
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work in high-precision environments.
Familiarity with documentation systems and basic software tools (e.g., Word, Excel).
Preferred:
Experience with soldering standards and SMT processing.
Hands-on knowledge of in-circuit and functional test fixtures.
Ability to read technical documentation and blueprints.
Demonstrated ability to recognize and resolve process issues on the floor.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
