We have an exciting opening for a Quality Coordinator in Toluca, México. The Quality Coordinator to lead day-to-day quality execution for metal-mechanic fluid connector manufacturing in Toluca, partnering with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers, and interfacing with U.S.-based customers/maquila reporting.

Responsibilities
- Your Main Responsibilities
- Drive QMS compliance (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 as applicable): documentation, control plans, work standards, and audit readiness.
- Track and improve plant KPIs (PPM, scrap, rework, COPQ, complaints) and lead corrective action plans.
- Execute and sustain core tools: APQP/PPAP, PFMEA/Control Plan, MSA, SPC; support process capability and validation.
- Lead customer issue management: containment, RCA, 8D/A3, and timely submission of reports to U.S. customers.
- Coordinate incoming and supplier quality: inspection plans, nonconformance handling, SCARs, supplier performance tracking and improvement.
- Support metrology and inspection discipline: calibration control, gage selection, drawing/GD&T interpretation.
- Ensure product conformity for connector assemblies: first-article/FAI support, in-process controls, and final acceptance criteria.
Qualifications
We are looking for a talent with
- Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- 3+ years in Quality within manufacturing (automotive/industrial preferred).
- Proven experience with fluid connectors (quick connects, fittings, couplings, hose/port interfaces, sealing systems) in a metal-mechanic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of PPAP/APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and structured problem solving (8D/A3).
- Ability to read and apply engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications; disciplined approach to change control.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams; strong follow-up and closure discipline.
- Advanced English for customer communication and reporting (U.S./maquila interface).
