Position Summary
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for coordinating Lean activities within the site level to streamline processes, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and integrate High-Performance Teams (HPT) across the organization. Work closely with cross-functional and leadership teams to drive sustainable change and ensure Lean initiatives contribute to achieving the site’s safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development targets.
MAIN DUTIES
Align Strategy Deployment through STC, RTB, VSTC, TIB to drive organization success on achieving Divisional site goal.
Lead the development and implementation of Lean strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor team members on Lean principles and methodologies, organize Kaizen event to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive the adoption of HPT culture across the organization and provide support to teams in implementing HPT practices in line with Lean principles.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and ensure accountability for results.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to site Lean leader and Site leadership on Lean initiatives and performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Stay current on best practices in Lean management to continuously enhance organizational effectiveness.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve organization-wide adoption of HPT culture by leading initiatives, engaging teams, and providing ongoing support in implementing HPT practices aligned with Lean principles.
Improve operational efficiency by developing and executing Lean strategies and initiatives that deliver measurable cost, quality, and delivery performance improvements.
Build organizational Lean capability by coaching and mentoring team members on Lean principles, methodologies, and tools to foster a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
Optimize processes and reduce waste through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure accountability for performance results by monitoring and tracking site key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating the effectiveness of Lean initiatives, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain transparent communication with leadership by preparing and delivering accurate, timely progress reports on Lean initiatives, performance improvements, and change management activities
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
Good in KPI analysis, data-driven decision-making, and planning.
Minimum 2 year in operations or relevant position.
Speaks English.
Basic knowledge about Lean tool (Kaizen, Flow, Standard Work, SMED, 2P, 3P, Waste management, …); Power BI.
