Position Summary

Responsible for the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on: Maintaining good communication with team members and suppliers, Manage the information of employees adhering to legal obligations, according to Parker procedures and ethics, to contribute to the employees well-being and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

•Team Member Service and communication•Labor relationship support•Responsible for the employee resignation process (attention, notification to supervisor, filling out the check list, deleting account, discounts, generation of termination, etc.)•Responsible of volunteer and grant donation program •Responsible of the execution of motivational programs and events, social, cultural, recreational, sports activities (according to the annual calendar of events), employee retention programs.•Responsible for organizational communication (newsletters, boards, suggestion box, communication meetings, videos)•Administration of employee services (letters, badges, transportation, dining room, lockers, general attention, uniforms, etc.)•Control of Evaluations of 30 days, 3 months (preparation, delivery and recovery)•In charge of accomplished Absenteeism KPI •Escalations with service suppliers (transportation, cleaning, nursing).•Registration of service tickets and purchase orders.•Responsible for attending ISO, CTPAT, STPS and Secretaria de Salud audits.•Engagement Star point support•Recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel Support•Support for the transmission of IMSS movements in IDSE (hires and termination)•Administration of payroll cards (according to bank), generate report, send the report for card request, capture the accounts, and deliver to employees)•Disability Management (capture, adjustments for untimely captures, notification to supervisor, follow-up with the employee, file, etc.)•Support in all HR areas as needed.•Backup of HR representative.

Education: Professional academic studies, (related to Human Resources desirable).Experience: 3 years Experience in Human Resources areaEnglish level: English advanced

Technical Skills•Employee life cycle management (on boarding, additions, terminations, and processes related to benefits administration)•Administration of processes related to the union (tabulator of categories and certifications, update of collective contract benefits, etc.)•Management of HR system
