ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
SITA Prague is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our Graduate Program within the People Analytics team, initially for a 12-month period, with the potential for a permanent role.
This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills, work with large datasets, and contribute to improving HR reporting and analytics within a dynamic global company. You’ll be working closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders, leveraging Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and other tools to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Headcount Reporting & Analytics: Support the development and automation of headcount, workforce, and HR analytics reports in Power BI.
- Data Engineering: Assist in data modeling, transformation, and integration using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Dashboard Development: Build and enhance interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Identify and help resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies across HR systems.
- Analytics & Reporting Projects: Contribute to various HR analytics initiatives, including forecasting, workforce planning, and attrition analysis.
WHO YOU ARE
- A recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data engineering concepts is a plus.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and improving business processes through analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
