Position Summary:
You will play a key role in ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction. This role is an essential part of the team, requiring a strong commitment to precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform production and assembly of various products and parts
• Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and document processing conditions
• Follow production guidelines and specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products, or other processing/fabrication equipment preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs., and team-lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit, crawl, and climb stairs, ladders, and work stands for extended periods
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
• Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required
• Good vision for identifying small details and defects
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Willingness to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed
