What You Will Be Doing
Join the world-class F-35 Sustainment team as a Consumables Technical Lead, where you will play a vital role in supporting the mission readiness of the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft. We are looking for a driven and experienced logistics professional with a deep understanding of supply chain operations, particularly in the area of consumable materials.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance on the end-to-end management of consumables required to sustain the F-35 fleet. Youll partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, maintenance, and logistics to improve processes, drive performance, and ensure supply availability. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the management of consumable materials supporting F-35 sustainment

- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

- Lead the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance readiness, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction

- Provide expert guidance to logistics, supply chain, and maintenance personnel on best practices for managing consumables

- Develop and facilitate training programs to support the adoption of supply chain strategies and tools

- Collaborate in the creation and refinement of logistics policies, procedures, and documentation

You are a highly skilled supply chain and logistics professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement. You bring proven experience in managing consumable materials within complex operational environments and are known for your ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on F-35 aircraft
• Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge of Performance Based Logistics (PBL); Consumable and Repairable (C/R) item management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience with supply chain analytics and performance metrics, including data analysis and reporting
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree i

• Experience with F-35 aircraft sustainment and logistics systems, including Advanced Technical Logistics Applications System (ATLAS), Service Parts Management (SPM), etc.

• Experience with hazmat management software and systems, including Total Chemical Management Information System (TCMIS)

• Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience with lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
