Boeing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Airplane Safety Engineering (ASE) team in Everett, WA. In this critical role, you will drive initiatives that enhance the safety, reliability, and performance of our aircraft systems. You will be a central point of coordination—partnering with engineering experts, program leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety-focused projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ASE integrated projects and safety plans
Facilitate collaboration across engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities and resolve challenges
Develop and maintain clear project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
Participate in risk assessments, safety analyses, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
Provide both technical and administrative oversight to keep projects on track and outcomes impactful
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
8+ years experience in project coordination or project management within an engineering or technical environment
Proven understanding of safety-critical project processes, standards, and regulatory frameworks
Proficiency with modern project management tools and software to track progress and drive execution
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Summary Pay Range: $141,950 – $192,050
