Support assigned new product development projects/programs to ensure quality and timely delivery
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to: Program Manager CDA
Close cooperation with division and location cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, manufacturing, engineering, Pricing, quality and supply chain management team.

Support the assigned new product development programs, work closely with cross-functional teams following the stage gate process till new product launch
Encourages participation, ensures that all concerned are appropriately involved, creates a highly collaborative working environment; maintain a sense of urgency, creates project plans and tracks action items, ensures that deliverables are completed on time and on budget
Support that the new products meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver the values as outlined
Fully understand and implement the standard works in new product development, capable of providing training on new product development process as needed
Good understanding of Chomerics products, the applications and the product qualification testing
Highly motivated, results oriented, with great and continuous attention to details.
Effective people skills, able to communicate adequately in English

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent
Well trained in project management and proficient with the majority of project management tools, good knowledge of stage gate process
5 years or above project or program experience involving resources at different sites and proven track of delivering results
Good people skills, work well in team environment, capable of motivating, receiving and giving constructive feedback
Demonstrated understanding of polymer materials, products and the manufacturing processes
Effective verbal/written English communication.
Knowledge in Chomerics products and applications is a plus
