Production Manager H/M

Job Description:

Plan, organize, direct, control and manage manufacturing activities (engineering, production, planning, quality, personal and delivery) to ensure that the manufacture of goods and/or services meets the customer requirements in terms of quality, volume and cost within established times.

1. Manage the security performance of the business unit, ensuring compliance with EHS systems to guarantee a safe and risk -free area.
2. Participate in safety projects and guidelines as well as compliance.
3. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects considering the scope of the job.
4. Manage the quality performance of the business unit, ensuring compliance with the quality system and promoting continuous improvement to guarantee customer satisfaction.
5. Manage the financial performance of the business unit, ensuring operational efficiency (cost per hour) to guarantee the satisfaction of stakeholders and shareholders.
6. Guarantee the performance in deliveries of our clients, ensuring the operational capacities and effectiveness of the supply chain with robust processes and eliminating waste to guarantee customer satisfaction.
7. Manage the talent of the business unit (direct and matrix) through the selection of talent, continuous training, accompaniment in their career and coaching plans, and ensuring compliance with human resources policies to guarantee job stability and life balance.
8. Perform the other functions inherent in the position according to the needs of the company to meet the established goals of the organization.
9. Comply with the programs and policies of security, hygiene and environment, with a preventive and training approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.

Job Requirements:

Educational requirements

- University career in engineering with professional degree and mastery
- Green Belt certification, Six Sigma/ Lean Expert or equivalent.

Work experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience at the management level
- Experience in handling and programming of CNC machines and presses (Hass, Amada, Water Jet, Court, Thermo formed, Tig/Mig welding, Troquelado, 5x, 3x, Gerber, Torns)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct personnel management (Supervisor, Supervisor Mr. and/or Production Superintendent)

Machinery/equipment/software:

- Microsoft Office Intermediate-Avanzado parcels
- ERP system management
- Knowledge in presses processes, programming and CNC machines
