Role/ Designation: Manager Pilot Administration

Location: Mumbai base

Brief about the role

The AEP role focuses on managing and coordinating all activities related to Airport Entry Permit renewals for pilots across multiple bases. It involves ensuring timely police verification, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to keep rosters and pilot AEP documentation updated. The role also supports related processes such as FATA and FRRO documentation for expat pilots and provides regular reporting to management.

Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with preferably minimum 5 years’ experience

Skill set : Excellent communication skills and well versed with MS office

Job responsibility

• Liaise with pilots based out of BOM, PNQ, AMD, IDR, and CCU for their AEP renewals.
• Ensure police verification applications and renewals are completed on time and aligned with AEP renewal schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple bases to streamline the AEP renewal process.
• Monitor pilot availability and ensure rosters are updated in accordance with AEP renewals.
• Liaise with the pilot training team for license renewals and FATA renewals for expat pilots.
• Oversee timely completion of FRRO renewals for expat pilots.
• Share weekly and monthly reports with the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines related to pilot documentation and renewals.
