This dynamic leadership role within our Human Resources department puts you at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, where you’ll lead team performance, drive innovative strategies, and provide expert guidance throughout our hiring process.
This role is responsible for leading team performance in a specialized field, adjusting departmental strategies, and providing expert advice throughout the hiring process. The position collaborates with HR professionals and business leaders to align organizational talent requirements with the available talent pool.
Core Accountabilities:
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Participate in final selection stages and provide input on offer details.
• End-to-end Recruiting: Conduct market research, identify trends, and implement career pathways to increase applicant flow.
• Compliance: Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including international mandates when applicable.
• Client/Business Support and Partnership: Provide guidance and tactical support to senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders regarding talent acquisition activities.
• Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Review recruitment metrics and KPIs to make data-informed decisions for improving hiring outcomes.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
