Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives for a high-end, technical lab providing world-class repair and overhaul of aircraft avionics components such as weather radar, navigation/communication systems, autopilot systems, and accessories in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and FAA guidelines.

• Review and monitor repair and overhaul activities to meet customer and stock demands.
• Coach, develop, motivate, and mentor direct reports.
• Coordinate communication with customers regarding quotations, repairs, and delivery.
• Establish technician schedules to ensure quality and on-time delivery of products to meet specifications.
• Prepare and review lab reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent delays.
• Coordinate and interface closely with other departments regarding repair lab activities.

• Experience in avionics
• Knowledge/certification of Part 145 repair station regulations
• Familiarity with FAA guidelines

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
