The Data Intelligence team develops and deploys data-driven and AI-powered solutions to optimize operations in the aviation industry, with a specific focus on reducing the sectors CO2 emissions. We are seeking an AI Product Technical Specialist to manage the technical aspects of AI product development. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience in project management and coordination. While we require at least 4 years of experience for this role, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate the ability to handle this level of responsibility during the interview process.

• Manage the technical development of AI products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes
• Develop and manage the plan for product development
• Work closely with the Flight Operations Expert for AI Products and the AI Expert / Model Engineer to ensure that the products are optimized for aerial operations and meet necessary safety and operational requirements
• Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects of AI product development, including communication with contractors and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners
• Manage and mentor the Junior AI Engineer in the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones
• Occasionally contribute your expertise to the development of other products

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in AI product development with Python and project management
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development
• Knowledge of or an interest in the aerial industry
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
