A rapidly growing aircraft maintenance company "Aviation Support Florida" is looking for skilled and dedicated Aircraft Engine mechanics with CFM56-7B experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and overhauls on CFM56-7B engines, ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identify and resolve engine-related issues through diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and hands-on expertise in CFM56-7B engines
• Accurately document all maintenance and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company repair station manual
• Perform troubleshooting on aircraft engines
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other mechanics to address engine performance issues and contribute to the overall operational efficiency
• Follow LEAN principles, safety regulations, aviation industry standards, including FAA requirements and keep the production area in tidy condition

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (optional)
• In-depth knowledge of CFM56-7B engine systems
• Minimum 5 years of proven CFM56-7B assembly/disassembly experience. CF34-3 experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of 14 CFR Part-145 regulations
• Strong understanding of engine component performance, from compressors to turbine stages.
• Proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration with team members
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver’s license, forklift license
• Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment
