As we expand our operations, we're seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic with proven expertise on Hawker, Falcon, Citation, or Gulfstream airframes. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
?? Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Maintenance & Repair: Execute routine, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance on supported business jets in accordance with FAA regulations and OEM standards.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex issues across mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to ensure minimal aircraft downtime.

Regulatory Compliance & Inspections: Perform detailed inspections to ensure full compliance with airworthiness directives and safety protocols.

Collaborative Workflows: Coordinate with inspection, parts, and maintenance teams to optimize repair timelines and ensure seamless communication.

Technical Records & Documentation: Accurately complete service logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports, maintaining FAA-compliant documentation.
? Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an A&P Mechanic in business aviation

Proficiency with Hawker, Falcon, Citation, or Gulfstream aircraft platforms

In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and OEM maintenance manuals

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities

Exceptional attention to detail and safety-first mindset

FAA A&P Certification (required or in progress)
