Job Title: Maintenance Controller 75k to 90k Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Controller to oversee maintenance control operations on 10 to 12 aircraft. This role involves ensuring line maintenance compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company regulations, and coordinating with line mechanics to address pilot reports and non-routine items.
Responsibilities
- Ensure line maintenance complies with FAA, Manufacturers, and Company regulations.
- Discuss pilot reports and non-routine items with line station mechanics.
- Monitor work progress at line stations, ensuring timely correction of discrepancies.
- Coordinate the movement of necessary parts to aircraft.
- Monitor and identify chronic non-routine times from daily reports.
- Approve and record all deferred or carried-over items.
- Ensure timely completion of work requests and scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor check remaining times on an ongoing basis.
- Assign work to address pilot reports, deferred items, and chronic problems.
- Maintain a daily log of all maintenance activities and discrepancies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Maintenance Program and communicate with the Director of Maintenance.

Work Environment
This office-based role operates under a structured shift schedule of 12-hour shifts, with alternating 3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off patterns. Training is required prior to shift assignment, initially on a day shift schedule (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for 2-4 weeks. The work environment is dynamic, with flexibility in shift assignments to ensure balanced talent distribution.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $44.00/hr.
