Position – A&P Mechanic (Aircraft Maintenance / MRO)
Location: Miami, FL
We are currently seeking experienced A&P Mechanics for a long-term opportunity supporting a Part 145 MRO environment in Miami, FL. This role supports maintenance operations on commercial, corporate, general aviation, and military aircraft platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and determine corrective actions
- Perform component removal and replacement as required
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
- Support line maintenance, heavy maintenance, and field maintenance activities as assigned
- Perform operational and functional checks on aircraft systems
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
- Support aircraft modification and repair projects as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
- Experience in an MRO, line maintenance, or field service environment preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practices
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation
- Experience performing inspections, repairs, and component replacements
- Ability to work on commercial, corporate, general aviation, or military aircraft
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced MRO or line maintenance environment
- Ability to support field or mobile maintenance assignments as required
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in various physical positions throughout the shift
