This is a 2 monthly paid internship at 6,500 month gross PLN and is hybrid work environment.

What You Will Do

• Supporting the IPT and program team with everyday tasks connected with the execution of the program.
• Supporting and coordinating transportation, shipments and customs within Poland
• Updating Supplier Data Base;
• Getting the quotes from suppliers and vendors;
• Supporting local procurement activities;
• Searching and Onboarding new suppliers and vendors;

What You Will Learn (Optional)

• You will work with a SC (Supply Chain) team who supports the supplier negotiations and project execution
• You will participate in daily interaction with different state-owned and commercial companies in Poland
• You will have regular, once a week mentoring sessions with a team member who will be your mentor during the internship.

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Currently enrolled in the 2 last years of supply chain or logistics;
• Proficient in Polish and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management via e-mail, telephone, and in person. 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office toolset (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
