Machinist

Job Description:

-tStrictly follow the work instructions for production and operation of machines.
-t严格按照作业指导书进行生产，操作机器
-tStrictly follow the companys quality standards for production, authorized production, DA declaration, etc.
-t严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，授权生产，DA 申报等等
-tPerform product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure qualified products flow to the next process.
-t认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下个工序
-tProduce according to the production schedule (standard time) to ensure production output.
-t按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量
-tCertified to perform daily self-inspection (AM) of equipment.
-t认证执行每天的设备自检（AM）
-tAdhere to the daily 5S cleaning and organizing
-t坚持每天的5S清洁整理
-tDaily checking of gages used at work stations
-t每天检查工位所用的检具
-tPerform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
-t执行主管指派的其他任务

Job Requirements:

-\t1-2 years of experience in machining precision components
-\t有1-2年从事精密零部件的机械加工经验
-\tExperience with CNC lathes, milling machines or broaching machines preferred
-\t有数控车床，铣床或拉床经验的优先考虑
-\tAbility to read drawings and understand basic dimensional tolerances.
可以阅读图纸，了解基本的尺寸公差知识
-\tAbility to use general measuring instruments such as micrometers/percentage tables.
-\t会使用一般测量仪器，如：千分尺/百分表
-\tAbility to use office software such as Excel, PPT, etc.
-\t会使用办公软件Excel， PPT等
-\tWork conscientiously and abide by the company's discipline
-\t工作认真，遵守公司纪律
-\tAble to work three shifts, hard-working and proactive.
-\t能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动
-\tMechanical processing secondary school degree or above
-\t机械加工中专以上学历
-\tAccept outstanding college graduates in machining
-\t接受优秀机械加工大专应届毕业生
