Job Title: FabricatorJob DescriptionTake your fabrication skills to new heights in the aviation industry. As a Fabricator, youll be at the forefront of creating precision components that keep aircraft flying safely and efficiently. Youll interpret blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances, mark and measure materials, select and align tools, and set controls for machining. Your expertise will ensure the development of precise layouts, the planning of operations, and the verification of work pieces to meet exact specifications.

Essential Skills- Industry Experience: Proven experience in machine shop environments.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Expert in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Technical Skills: Ability to perform grinding and machining tasks.
- Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with hand tools and CNC machines.
- Precision Measuring: Skilled in using precision measuring equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Educational: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Six months of related experience or equivalent education and experience.

Work EnvironmentExperience the unique atmosphere of an aviation/DOD manufacturing facility with shifts designed for your convenience:
- 1st shift:7am to 3:30pm
- 2nd shift:3:30pm to 12:00am
- 3rd shift:11:30pm to 8am
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00/hr.
