Responsibilities

Groups Pricing Support

• Timely process and quote ad hoc groups request

• Support Groups Pricing team by consolidating historical and spanet data, such as competitors fares, that will be used for analysis to help drive commercial strategies

• Timely and accurate filing and distribution of Scoot Groups fares, surcharges and taxes in direct and indirect sales channels

• Preparation of regular reports on route performance, booking profiles and other relevant metrics to facilitate decision-making

Systems Settings/ Maintenance

• Ensure timely and accurate update of fare, surcharges & discount in relevant distribution channels

• Assist with system UAT projects and coordinating with cross department on administrative matters

Project, Process improvement & Innovation

• Involvement in developments that will spearhead future revenue growth and efficiency gain of the company

• Involvement in analyses that facilitate data-driven decision making within and outside the department

• Understand the platforms (possibilities and limitations) and create shared knowledge base for the department

• Form work processes that will streamline output within internal stakeholders

• Subject to new task assignment by the department

Requirements

• Diploma, preferably in a numerical discipline

• Proficiency in Excel a must

• Proficiency in SQL/Power BI will be an advantage

• Knowledge of building and running macros a strong advantage

• Good working knowledge of Pharos and fare filing experience will be advantageous

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Able to adapt to a fast changing environment
