On-Site Requirement: Minimum 3 days/week (Tues–Thurs required on-site)
Flexible Schedule: Optional 9x80 work schedule
Pay Rate: $49.41 – $59.11 per hour
Build Whats Next in Aerospace InnovationPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Analysis Engineer to support some of the most advanced aerospace programs in the world. Based at the Philadelphia Design Center (PDC), you’ll contribute to engineering initiatives across iconic platforms such as the 787, Air Force One, F-18, Starliner, and more.

Your Day-to-Day: What You’ll DoPerform structural analysis using both classical methods and finite element tools to ensure systems and components meet performance and safety requirements.
Support test planning and execution to validate designs against customer and regulatory requirements.
Document and present analysis results to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work closely with experienced engineers across various aerospace platforms to support structural substantiation.
Collaborate on design efforts and recommend engineering solutions based on analysis results.
What You BringRequired Skills:
Hands-on experience in structural analysis (classical and finite element methods)
Strong understanding of mechanical and aerospace engineering principles
Ability to work under supervision in a structured, regulated engineering environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in aerospace structural analysis
Familiarity with specific tools and processes
Previous work on defense or commercial aerospace platforms

Pay Details: $49.41 to $59.11 per hour
