Job Summary
We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team as a senior engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers while providing technical guidance on complex engineering projects. They will also play a key role in developing innovative solutions to address customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversight on Line & Base maintenance spares requirement
• Repair management – including aircraft parts and wheels (B787/E2/A320)
• CMC management for A320 (SIN & SAE “CMC”)
• Contracts administration: Tracking of operational KPI (TAT, fulfilment timeline, CURT)
• Review consumption and inventory planning with IMS, SIA purchasing for involving hangar check scheduling, deliveries and delease inputs to forecast materials required 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Advanced certifications such as PE, PMP, etc., are added advantages.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Solid understanding of relevant engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
