Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $36.50 per hour

At PDS Tech Commercial, were seeking a detail-driven, analytical entry level Manufacturing Engineer to support cutting-edge production operations. What You’ll Do:Assist with design and layout planning of production floors for optimized assembly and materials handling.
Conduct time studies and prework for lean line implementation.
Analyze efficiency data and support process improvement initiatives.
Create Spaghetti Diagrams to identify travel time inefficiencies and utilization opportunities.
Dive into data analysis by SKU and operation to assess FPY, scrap, rework loops, and hiring impact.
Support the documentation and improvement of manufacturing processes, including tooling and fixtures.
Develop and maintain standard work documentation and manufacturing workflow processes.
Draft PPAP documentation and proactively address configuration changes to avoid line disruptions.
Program laser labeling processes to improve product quality—our 1 return item focus.
Qualifications:Required:
0–3 years of relevant manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred:
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience with PPAP documentation or standard work development.
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing or regulated environments.

Pay Details: $36.50 per hour
