Position Overview :
Boeing India Software Engineering is hiring Experienced Software Engineer -FSD at Bengaluru , KA . Boeing passionate team developing data-driven, user-friendly web applications for aviation systems. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on modern web technologies, delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
Position Responsibilities :
- Estimate and commit to user stories and tasks during Sprint Planning.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure requirements meet Definition of Ready (DoR).
- Develop, test, and deliver working software aligned with team objectives.
- Design software for testability and support test automation.
- Own software design and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot and fix software and DevOps issues.
- Document architecture, algorithms, and interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and support competency development.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Participate in backlog refinement, risk identification, and change management.
- Travel within India and internationally as needed.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
- Frontend: React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming (callbacks, promises, async/await)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL
- Testing: Unit and integration testing, TDD, JUnit
- Version Control: Git and workflows
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (experience required; Azure certification preferred)
- DevOps: CI/CD tools, build and deployment automation, shell scripting, Maven
- Web Security: Input validation, authentication, authorization best practices
- Agile: Experience working in Agile teams, sprint planning, backlog grooming
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, global environment
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
- Experience with web UI/UX best practices and platform-specific design guidelines
