Your responsibilities will be to learn how to operate, maintain and troubleshoot existing engineering platforms and software which will include Dassault 3DExperience and many others, understanding how they work together, and helping identify gaps and solutions as we work toward a fully-integrated digital engineering workflow.

Responsibilities:
Triage and resolve issues with the 3DExperience platform and other engineering tools
Participate in working groups to identify and execute improvements to both tools and processes
Provide technical support and experience to the support and deployment of new tools
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree in an information technology related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience
*Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
*Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Prior experience with systems administration in Windows or Linux environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with others
Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
Proven organizational skills with an attention to detail (ability to assess tasks, set and execute to a schedule )
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with any MCAD or ECAD tools and PLM or PDM, demonstrated ability to learn new tools
Experience working in the aerospace or defense engineering fields. (Years of experience with critical software may be a substitute for working in these fields.)
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE strongly preferred
Experience using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
Familiarity with common coding and scripting tools, e.g. Python, .NET, VBA
Knowledge of network engineering, cybersecurity practices, active directory, etc.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
