• Drive Change Strategy:
• Develop and implement comprehensive, organization wide change management strategies for large-scale transformations and small-scale change initiatives.
• Integrate change management activities with program/project plans and governance
• Define and maintain change management frameworks, methodologies and tools
Engage Stakeholders & Communication:
• Conduct change impact assessments to help understand the magnitude of change and its effects on team members and stakeholders
• Influence and co-develop communication plans to drive awareness and momentum
• Build relationships across all levels of the organization to engage diverse thinking that will drive successful change
Lead & Coach:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change best practices and strategies
• Provide coaching and support to project teams, leaders and change agents to help them lead effectively
• Engage senior leadership to ensure they are sponsoring the change effectively
Execute & Reinforce:
• Influence and co-design training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Implement post-launch reinforcement strategies to monitor adoption and drive sustained success
• Identify barriers to change and manage resistance through applying proactive planning and strategic thinking
Drive Adoption:
• Develop, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adoption metrics to measure change effectiveness
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed adjustments and influence leadership decisions

All youll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years of professional experience leading large scale projects in the airline industry or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of airport operations leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Change management / project management certification or designation desired
  • Prior experience leading organizational change management

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Vision: Ability to envision a better future state and articulate how current changes lead to that vision.
  • Leadership: Strong skills to inspire, motivate and influence all levels of leadership and team members
  • Change Management: Proficiency in established change management methodologies and frameworks (Prosci/Kotter etc.)
  • Project Management: Ability to integrate change activities into project timelines and manage resources effectively
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, creative and targeted messages for diverse audience
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage emotions in oneself and others during change process
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and data analysis capabilities to measure and track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating barriers and creating momentum
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans as circumstances and business directions evolve
  • Resilience: Ability to bounce back from setbacks and persist towards goals
