1. Crisis management system
Assist to conduct crisis management training and exercises
Assist with post-exercise/incident after actions reviews, data collation & analysis and, implement action plans
Laision with Airport Authority on Airport Emergency Plan
2. Regulatory Compliance
Maintain recency of the local aircraft operator security programm Assist to plan and conduct security audits and inspections
Follow-up on security incidents/occurences through investigations and proposal of corrective actions plan
3. Training
Assist to review and implement security training programme
Conduct AVSEC and crisis training for internal and external stakeholders
Liaison with SEP training team on training schedule and records
4. Security Operations & Services
Rotation as Duty Security Administrator
Maintenance of security database for trending and reporting
Processing of company identification card
Preparation and dissemination of security bulletins and collation of records
Proactive monitoring of the security situation of all online stations and highlight those are of escalating risks.
Handling of Not-To-Land passengers
Handling of Air Marshal flights
Handling of in-flight filming requests
Provision of security advisory and support to OCC, DMs and GHAs on security-related matters
Job Requirements:
Minimum Tertiary education or possess 5 - 6 years working experience in Aviation security and crisis management.
Attended Security Management System (SeMS) course or equivalent is preferred. (Training will be provided)
Good understanding of CAAS ANRs, including SD, and aviation security regulations and ISO 9001 principles.
Possess good working experience in Security auditing principles.
Familiar with commercial air transport security operations.
IT proficient with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
