Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports Program Managers and Analysts throughout the entire program life cycle. This role helps communicate project needs to different teams, tracks progress, and ensures tasks stay on schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support Program Managers with planning and tracking projects from start to finish.
- Prepare and maintain project management documents, such as project plans, project status reports, and other records assigned by Program Analysts and Program Managers.
- Help communicate project requirements to various departments (engineering, Production, etc.).
- Acting as a liaison between project managers, engineers, production, and other departments making sure parts are ordered for jobs on time, costs are documented to stay on budget.
- Assist with team meetings, scheduling, and gathering updates.
- Follow up with teams to check on progress and help resolve delays or issues.
- Support the program management department in identifying and communicating risks and work through challenges like shifting priorities or limited resources.
- Communicate the projects progress to team members and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as are necessary and/or required.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Security clearance.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ongoing BS studies in STEM program preferred.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing follow-ups.
- Familiarity with Solidworks.
- Familiarity with PDM.
- Ability to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Ability to traverse manufacturing facility.
The hourly range for this position is $15.00 to $31.00. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education and training, job-related knowledge and skills, the scope and level of responsibility of the position, internal equity, and spanet/business considerations. The listed range is a general guideline and may vary based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and work location, where applicable.
