KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for support of every facet of manufacturing processes as well as product quality.
• Ensuring processes comply with all customer and internal safety and quality standards/requirements.
• Search for best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements using available tools - RCCAs, fishbone, Six Sigma, etc.
• Create and maintain process documentation and operating instructions.
• Assist drawing interpretation issues and identify manufacturing tooling requirements.
• Coordinate engineering modifications/changes.
• Perform process design, development, and implementation of capital projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Entry level position
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task

PREFERRED SKILLS & EDUCATION:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Technical 2 Year or Better Degree
