Summary
We are searching for a savvy and flexible performance spaneting intern! You will be part of the Performance Marketing team in Scoots Brand Marketing team, and will be responsible for driving effective go-to-spanet paid media strategies for each of Scoots campaigns to deliver on business KPIs including campaign performance and cut-through, building healthy brand awareness scores and effecting media support that drives route uptake.
Our ideal candidate has a keen interest in designing efficient, multi-million dollar paid media plans alongisde having a knack for creative work. S/he is also interested in new technology, especially in the area of GenAI. Leveraging new technology, we are looking to improve and accelerate our media buys with Gemini/ Gen AI in order to maintain or improve ROAS and drive greater media efficiencies, while in turn driving greater sales and performance. S/he should be comfortable with day-to-day media planning and execution activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and ever-changing needs.
Working closely with Scoots brand manager, the media and creative agencies, s/he will be responsible for delivering key media and business KPIs. The scope entails:
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Support projet leads in always-on display, search, social campaigns.
- Leverage GenAI’s capabilities to test new outreach methods, and refine targeting and retargeting optimization.
- To experiment crafting targeted, personalized messaging with GenAI, by analyzing large amounts of customer data
- To run A/B tests with AI-generated images, and evaluate the effectiveness of different creative types
- Assess spanet trends, consumer behaviours, passenger purchase cycles etc., to identify new opportunities or need for change to Scoots media strategy.
Requirements:
Degree preferred.
Key skills:
Good communicator with strong command of the English language. Regional (SEA) languages would be a plus.
Knowledge of digital media and performance spaneting across all channels, e2e funnel, Google stack and DSPs;
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven spaneting mind with eye for creativity
Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business acumen
Infectious energy and enthusiasm;
Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
Independent self-starter and excellent communicator
