Roles and Responsibilities
Responding to HR team requests while ensuring information provided to clients/employees is accurate
Providing employee details as needed to HRBP´s and HR Managers
Managining benefits to employees – cooperating with Cafeteria system, education system and others
Updating employee records using appropriate HRIS tools
Using reporting tools to prepare reports for the HR team involving HR metrics and headcount reporting
Partnering with HR management, payroll, Compensation and Benefits, People Operations and Talent Acquistion teams and other system owners to resolve employee questions and issues
Communicating to external public institutions – Employment/Social/Health Insurance offices
onboarding new hires, helping to organize Welcome day
organize meetings with employees in probation period
Assisting employees with Time and Attendance and payroll issues
Supporting projects such as annual benefits enrollment
Supporting other projects, tasks and communication as requested to employees
Tracking and organizing EHS trainings, also provide EHS trainings personally
Tracking all other mandatory and non-mandatory trainings, organizing and ordering trainings for employees
tracking and fulfilling mandatory and voluntary (benefit) Medical Surveillances and future project work about vaccination for our employees – Service Technicians
