Summary:
Develop and optimize ETL processes using SAP BODS and Apache NiFi
Design and manage data flows in SAP HANA including views, table replication, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency to minimize business impact
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve ETL efficiency
Perform impact assessments for upcoming changes and execute necessary development
Develop and maintain documentation, including data mappings and lineage
Support data-driven analysis and reporting through data collection and transformation
Work collaboratively across teams to support metrics, dashboards, and analytics initiatives
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards
Requirements:
6+ years of experience with SQL, Hadoop/Big Data, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Objects
6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA database development
6+ years of experience in ETL tools, especially SAP BODS and NiFi
3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau
Experience performing impact analysis and data lineage documentation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with automation tools and optimization strategies
Knowledge of data governance, security, and quality frameworks
Familiarity with ERP, PLM, MES, or other enterprise systems
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
