Responsibilities:Conduct customer check-in.Assist customers at the ticket desk.Handle customer queries at check-in, ticket desk and gate desk.Support guests with special needs.Assist pre-boarding guests and provide information on flight schedules and routes.Act as Ground Hosts and Hostesses.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or academic equivalent.Ticketing knowledge is an asset.Experience in a similar role is an asset.
Conditions of Employment:Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment. Prior to their start date, candidates will also need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the country of interest.
Linguistic RequirementsThis position requires linguistic fluency. Priority will be given to candidates completely fluent in German and in English.
